I had a poster of Robyn Allen Water's new quilt/stitchery series "The Sewing Circle" sent to me in the mail today - I love getting post, you never know what it will bring! This time Robyn's designed a series of delightful stitcheries based on the 1950's. From flying ducks/geese (real ones on walls) to retro bakeware; Real milk bottles and vintage wares Robyn has really captured the essence of the 1950's.
Each pattern comes with Robyn's exclusive hand made buttons and is complemented by gorgeous small stitcheries. Full set of patterns for stitcheries and quilt together with 42 buttons and thread list. $300 (includes free 50's fabric carry bag). Fabric kit extra. I expect the patterns & relevant buttons will also be available indivdidually.
