What do you want to learn?

Since I closed the shop I've had lots and lots of requests to teach - but what do you want to learn?

• beginner quilt (nine patch? churn dash? modern?)
• bag (beginner? advanced?)
• quilt as you go?
• drunkards patch?
• blanket stitch applique?
• softies?
• hair accessories?
• borders?
• binding?

Please give me some feedback through the comment button below and I'll schedule some classes.

What about the concept of a patchwork party where you get a few friends together and I run a class for you?

Whole cloth quilts

When you've got a beautiful print sometimes the last thing you want to do is cut it up into little pieces.  Julia Toffolon's "Whole Cloth Quilt" pattern with it's mitred border and gentle scallops is just the ticket.  Julia has taught this class very many times - (it's not to late to attend a class if you haven't participated just email me!) and her pattern is available through my website www.institches.com.au .

This was one of the last classes that we ran in the shop and actually the binding class was after I'd closed the doors!  Just wanted to share these great examples - there were other beautiful quilts made in this class - but these are the only ones I had my camera for on the binding day - so feel free to send in your own photos for me to share!
